In my spare time, when I'm not blogging, I actually have other careers, one of which happens to be a real estate agent. Selling a home in this market is tough, but not impossible. However, before anyone decides to sell or buy a home, there is a definite check list of things that need to be accomplished. One of those things is to look for signs of termites.
