Is Madonna Really A Yankees Fan?

Not too long ago a photo appeared on the front page of a New York newspaper of Madonna and her son David. Not that unusual, but she was seen, wearing a Yankees cap, at a Yankees baseball game. I never really saw Madonna as a gal who would take in a baseball game. So what happened to spark her interest in America's favorite past-time? Not the game itself, but allegedly one of the players. US Magazine is now reporting that famed Yankees player and player in general, Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod), has been sneaking in and out of Madonna's NYC apartment and has doormen talking. Of course, this is all speculation, but comes on the heels of Madonna paying a visit to Paul McCartney's divorce attorney. So where is Guy Ritchie in all this melodrama? He has been seen in NYC recently, without a wedding band, but did either of these people ever wear a ring to symbolize their union? One can only hope that this is nothing but gossip, but maybe Madge is going through a mid-life crisis since she will be turning 50 in August of this year. I'm sure more sordid details will emerge if any actually exist.
