It's Not Easy Being Famous

When the story first broke about Christie Brinkley's marriage, I wrote a post about it. Of course, it was shocking news, but having always thought of Brinkley as a stand-up, uptown kinda girl, I thought she would take the high road; I was so wrong. Instead, Brinkley chose to not only drag all the dirty laundry into court, but she allowed it to be a public spectacle. The outcome will most likely be in her favor in the end, but did it really have to be like this? They say that hell hath no furry like a woman scorned. In this case, that certainly seems to ring true, but how will this impact her children and her career? Hopefully, she will make better choices for her family, especially when it comes to choosing a new man.
