When All Else Fails

Kathie Lee Gifford is no stranger to television. She has spent years as a co-host on the Regis and Kathie Lee Show, but her departure from that show left her with few options for a woman her age. However, that didn't slow her down at all. She took to writing and has written and produced at least one stage musical herself and she continues to enjoy writing as a creative outlet. Although she was seen briefly on one network television entertainment news show, her stint didn't last very long. Now she is right back where we first found her on a morning talk show, but this time with a female co-host. The fourth hour of 'The Today' show which begins at ten in the morning, certainly needed a shot of energy and they got it with Kathie Lee who is as quick, funny and sometimes inappropriate as we have always known her to be. What she has left behind though is a sense of moral judgment which she became famous for on her earlier talk show experience. However, her personal life had suffered enough for her to take a step back and perhaps re-evaluate how she sees the world.
