It's Not Nice To Fool Mother Nature

It's not unusual for stars to have their photographs digitally touched up to remove wrinkles, pick up sagging skin and add more hair. Just look at any magazine cover and you will see what I mean. However, two photos have become a bone of contention recently for misrepresenting the truth about two high profile women. The first is Nicole Kidman who is represented as attempting to hide a pregnancy in the inset photos. Not so says her reps. Those photos have been touched up to make her appear to have a belly, when in fact she doesn't, nor is she currently expecting a baby. The other photograph which has some disturbed, is one of Katie Couric, the upcoming evening news anchor for CBS. The original photo is one of Katie dressed in a dark suit wit her usual, bubbly smile. The touched up photo has her in the exact same pose.....about 20 pounds thinner. The photographer in question has been called on the carpet for doing the dirty deed since no one asked him to do it and Katie certainly doesn't need any help from him in that department anyway.
