Denise Austin has been a favorite in the fitness industry for over twenty years now. One of her latest editions to her work out programs is "Shrink Your Female Fat Zones", which include two complete 20 minute work out sessions. The first is 20 minutes of metabolism-boosting exercises to sculpt your body. In this work out she includes some yoga and pilates moves to stabilize and build core muscles. She also does some great strength training moves that help build arms and shoulders. All moves are done at an aerobic pace, with some isometric holds as well. The second 20 minute program is to be used with a stability ball. You can modify the moves to use without the ball, but expect to get optimum results with the use of one. This work out is designed to really trim the abdominal, hip and thigh area. This DVD is the companion piece for the book by Denise with the same name.
