The Secret Behind Shapely Secrets
You've seen the infomercial a hundred times. It usually runs early mornings in the wee hours when you can't sleep. You've tried to exercise, but with little success. Now you see Greer Childers touting her latest program Shapely Secrets . Greer is known for Body Flex, which is a program roote in the belief that a special breathing technique can help boost metabolism. However, the deep breathing, which is quite strenuous, is not for everyone. Enter Shapely Secrets. Here, you just breathe normally while doing a routine of diametric (i.e. isometric) exercises, performing each set for approximately twenty-five seconds. One example is for the tummy area. You sit in a chair and twist at the waist while sucking in your stomach area, but still breathing normally for twenty-five seconds in each direction. This should be repeated twice for best results. Those who have used this program do say they see results, but mostly with the advanced program. Nevertheless, this is an exercise program whereby Greer has put a new twist (no pun intended) on an old idea of using your own muscle to burn fat as opposed to lifting weights. I've heard mixed things about this program, but since this one gets a lot of hits here, I thought it deserved further exploring. All I can say is proceed with caution. I have read that their customer service department is not the best and if you can get if off ebay, that's probably your best bet.
