You've Got A Friend...Or Do You?
My sincerest apologies for not posting more regularly. This is the product of a computer with severe problems as well as having some problems of my own. I will try to update more regularly and thanks to all those who have read past posts and left comments. Today, I'm writing about friendship. I've written on this topic before, but studies persist that we, as individuals, have less friends than our parents and less time to spend with them. As a result, we are more isolated and that can lead to other problems like depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, we use the computer to substitute for real-life relationships, but nothing can take the place of a warm touch or comforting smile. So, walk away from your computer and reach out and touch someone today. You'll not only be doing something wonderful for someone else, but you will get some benefits too! Peace!
