You read the title correctly. This post isn't about teeth whitening, it's about skin whitening. Apparently, skin whitening is becoming very big business. Maybe not here, but internationally, huge cosmetic companies are answering the needs of women, particularly Asian women, to brighten and whiten their skin. The question is, do these products really work, are they safe and why do women feel the need to do this to themselves in the first place? How responsible is it for the skin care companies to jump on this bandwagon?
