Dancing With The Stars

Are you ready for the next season of "Dancing with the Stars"? This very popular reality show from ABC, was and is a favorite of many viewers and their new season will begin on September 12th. Stars slated to be contenders in the newest season are NFL running back, Emmitt Smith, former child star Joey Lawrence, and Shanna Moakler of MTV's "Meet the Barkers". Not confirmed yet for the show are Vivica A. Fox, "Saved by the Bell" star, Mario Lopez and Harry Hamlin, who, as you may remember, is married to last season's contender, Lisa Rinna. On another note, one star that won't be dancing any time soon is Barry Manilow. Barry made a guest star appearance on last season's "Dancing with the Stars" to perform. Barry will be going in for arthroscopic surgery on both hips after he makes his appearance on the Emmy awards on August 27th. It will take about eight weeks to recuperate at which time he will be ready to promote his next CD "Greatest Songs of the 60's".
