When Losing Means Winning!

Actress, Kirstie Alley, made good on her promise to Oprah that she would wear a bikini on her show once she dropped the bulk of her weight (around 75 pounds). Kirstie's weight loss saga began almost two years ago and it was one year ago that she made a promise to Oprah that she would come back the next time wearing a bikini. She did just that, but donned a pair of stripper pantyhose and a matching wrap while showing off her much more svelte self. Although Kirstie has been following a lifestyle plan designed by the folks at
Jenny Craig , Kirstie told Oprah's audience that she has learned to make smarter choices when it comes to food and that exercising was a very important part of her weight loss challege. She also told Oprah that she not only lost weight, but she quit smoking as well. Kirstie is 55 years old and went from 220 pounds (she's 5'8") to 145 pounds............Biggest Loser couple, Suzy Preston and Matt Hoover who recently wed after they met and fell in love on the reality television show, are expecting their first child!
