'The Best Life Diet', with a forward written by Oprah, is Bob's newest book which is an all-encompassing lifestyle that helps to reach and maintain a healthy weight for life. There are three phases to this plan, which begin with eating only certain foods initially and then gradually adding in other foods until you can basically eat anything, but with healthier alternatives and, of course, portion control. Unlike his other books, Bob now has a website which can fully support anyone who wants to join, with tips, recipes, exercise, and a community of members helping each other to stay on course and reach their goals.
