Walk The Walk
I have written previously on my blog about Leslie Sanson. She is the creator of the very popular 'Walk Away The Pounds' series. She recently came out with a brand new version of her five mile walk program which has numerous configurations that you can use. If you want to only do one mile, you can or you can do a three mile or the total five mile walk with or without the two pound weights which come with the program if you order it through QVC. I've been using this program for about two weeks now and I can already see the difference. Try it; you won't be disappointed.
