Making Exercise Fun

Spring is finally here and the weather is finally getting warmer. Summer can't be far behind so you know what that means...bathing suit shopping. There isn't a woman on earth who doesn't dread trying on a bathing suit in one of those awfully lit dressing rooms. So maybe lounging on the beach isn't your thing anyway. There are other things you can do on a beach that don't require you to try on a bathing suit, like riding a bike. Actually, the beach is a great place to inspire exercise like walking, swimming or volley ball, but you can purchase a bike like one of these lowriders to go beach cruising. Beach cruising is very popular in certain parts of the country where you can ride all year long. I actually think this is a great way to do some family bonding because it's just as much fun for the kids as it is for the adults. These beach cruisers are not expensive to purchase and they are easy to store. They come in varying heights for both men, women and kids too. They would be great to take away on vacation if you decide to go camping to rent a house on the beach. Best of all, you won't just be sitting around in an expensive bathing suit that will probably cost as much money as the bike. You can have the bike for years to come and probably add a few years onto your own life just by riding it regularly. They make great gifts too for weddings, graduations or birthdays. It's fun, practical and healthy and you really can't ask for more than that.
