Barry Manilow has cancelled the remainder of his August performances due to pain from the injuries to his hips. Barry will have surgery to fix the cartilege in both hips through arthroscopic surgery right after his appearance at the Emmy Awards on August 27th. Barry is not expected to return to the stage in Vegas until some time in November, but is still scheduled to appear in Atlantic City and Chicago in October where he will be promoting his upcoming CD, 'The Greatest Songs of the 60s'. Get well soon Barry and take care of those swiveling hips!
