Bed, Bath & Way Beyond

There's a joke about Bed, Bath & Beyond that I think showed up on 'The Simpsons' (it may have been 'Family Guy', so correct me if I'm wrong). Anyway, the family goes to Bed, Bath & Beyond and Homer asks one of the clerks "Where's the beyond section???". Frankly, I love this store and I try to shop there as often as possible for anything I probably would have trouble finding elsewhere. True enough, Target and Walmart have good deals on basic items, but in B,B&B you are sure to find that special item you really couldn't find elsewhere, whether it's for your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, den, closets....you name it. Here's the best shopping advice of all for this store: you know those 20% off coupons you get in the mail for them every few weeks or so??? Well, don't throw those out. Save them up and take them shopping with you at B,B&B. They never expire and you can use as many coupons as you want while checking out. This time of year, you can find some great sales (especially white sales) so bypass the major department stores intially and check out B,B&B for some great buys and, don't forget to bring your coupons. Some of my other favorite stores are also running semi-annual sales this time of year. One store is Bath & Bodyworks. Right now you can save up to 75% of some seasonal items (you can tuck them away until next Christmas) and, they have some great bargains on their upperscale skin care lines, like buy one, get one free or save up to 50% off retail prices.
Yankee Candle is still running their buy one candle, get one free so, if you love candles, get to their website or store for stocking up on some great quality scented candles. Ulta is another favorite store of mine where they are also running sales on red-lined items. If you don't have an Ulta Beauty Card, go in their store and ask for one. You will not only get their flyers with coupons and money off deals, but every four months or so, you will get a mailing with all the points you've racked up from all the shopping you wil do there, and get back free items, like skin care products, make-up, nail polish, and even their salon services.
