Microsoft To Purchase Ebay (Maybe)

Late in May there was some blog postings relating to the purchase of Ebay by Microsoft. There's no official word on this, but Microsoft is looking to become bigger than Google. I'm not sure how purchasing Ebay will help them in their quest to become the biggest search engine on the internet, but it will be interesting to see how this will play out over the next few weeks.
